Returns / Exchanges – 15 Days From Date Received against manufacturing defects ONLY.

Alterations, modifications, drilling, excessive use of heat or force, or any other reason is non returnable, refundable, or able to be exchanged.

Any item requiring exchange, return / refund for manufacturing defects must be received and first evaluated by MultiMolds before a replacement or exchange will be sent.

ALL RETURNS / EXCHANGES MUST be accompanied by a MultiMolds Return Form with Order Information (original invoice #) for the return / exchange to be processed.
